I believe hair that stays flattering starts with understanding texture and lifestyle. For natural curl, hair damaged by repeated chemical treatments, and gray coverage, I read the condition of the hair first, then use curl straightening, damaged hair reconstruction, gray blending and scalp care to bring back a natural, easy-to-manage rhythm.

What should I know before my first visit?
We recommend booking online or by phone in advance and letting us know what you're hoping for, along with a bit about your current hair โ this helps Faye prepare ahead of time. Please try to arrive on time, and give us a call if you need to adjust your booking.
Do I need to speak Chinese to book or during my visit?
Not fluently, no. Staff communication in English is limited, but bringing a reference photo (or pointing to one in our portfolio above) works well, and we're happy to use a translation app for anything that needs more detail.
What's the easiest way to get here from central Taipei?
We recommend taking a taxi or Uber directly to our address โ it's the most convenient option if you're unfamiliar with the New Taipei City Banqiao area.
What are your business hours?
TuesdayโFriday 10:00โ19:00, Sunday 09:00โ18:00 (closed Mondays and Saturdays).
Is parking available nearby?
There's roadside parking along Zhongshan Rd. Section 2 in New Taipei City Banqiao, plus paid parking lots nearby โ convenient whether you're driving or riding a scooter.

Cash only (New Taiwan Dollars). Please plan to bring enough cash for your visit, as we don't currently accept credit cards or mobile payments.

Yes โ Faye has extensive experience styling both women and men, including cuts, perms, and color. Feel free to book online or call us with your request.
How long does a perm or color service take?
Depending on hair length, texture, and the technique used, a perm typically takes 3-4 hours and coloring takes 2-3 hours. Exact timing will be confirmed after an in-person consultation.
What's the difference between a straightening perm and a regular perm?
A straightening perm is designed for naturally curly or frizzy hair, using heat and chemical treatment to smooth and relax the hair. A regular perm (like our Korean-style wave or loose wave perms) adds curl and volume instead. Faye will recommend the right option based on your hair's actual condition.
